We want to update you on the recent OS upgrade for one of our routers in the Manila 2 cloud location.

Unfortunately, we encountered an unexpected issue that has paused our maintenance work.
To maintain system stability and prevent further inconvenience, we have decided to halt the upgrade process for today.

We will reschedule the remaining upgrades once the issue is fully resolved. When a new date for the maintenance is set, we will notify you accordingly.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that during the OS upgrades on one of our routers, we encountered an issue that may have temporarily affected the network connection for some users. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and will pause the upgrade process until it is resolved. We will keep you informed about whether the upgrades will resume later today or be rescheduled for a future date.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform a scheduled maintenance of our Network infrastructure of the Manila 2 cloud. More precisely, we will perform an OS update on the Routers underlying the cloud.

IMPACT:
There will be no impact on already existing/running customer’s virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services.
