CloudSigma would like to inform you that during the planned router upgrade on August 1, 2024, we encountered an unforeseen issue that disrupted our maintenance activities. To prevent further complications, the network maintenance scheduled for August 2, 2024, will also be postponed.

We will reschedule the remaining upgrades once the issue is fully resolved and notify you accordingly with the new maintenance date.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform a scheduled maintenance of our Network infrastructure of the Manila 2 cloud. More precisely, we will perform an OS update on the Routers underlying the cloud.

IMPACT:
There will be no impact on already existing/running customer’s virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services.
